C4ES developed a Project Document for this Global Environment Facility/Least Developed Countries Fund-funded project. The objective of the project is to enhance institutional and community-level capacity to adapt to climate change along the coast of Angola. This objective will be carried out through: i) enhancing the national early warning system; ii) restoring coastal ecosystems and demonstrating adaptation measures to local communities; and iii) enhancing institutional coordination for proactive adaptation in Angola.
