C4ES developed a Project Document for this Global Environment Facility/Least Developed Countries Fund-funded project. This project will: i) increase availability of and access to climate information including the generation and dissemination of climate forecast information and flood early warnings; ii) increase public awareness on climate-related hazards; iii) promote mainstreaming of disaster risk management into policies, development plans and budgetary processes; and iv) implement flood risk reduction interventions to improve rainwater management in flood-prone communities.
