Coastal protection for vulnerable island communities in Tuvalu

Project description

C4ES is developing a project identification form for this project funded by the GEF/LDCF. The project will: i) strengthen the capacity of government agencies to plan and implement coastal adaptation interventions; ii) strengthen the capacity of local communities to access financing for coastal adaptation interventions; and iii) reduce vulnerability to climate-induced natural disasters through implementation of a mix of hard and soft coastal adaptation interventions.
